Prices are subject to change and are based on market value price.

Every order will include a service fee.

There is a delivery fee that is calculated by location.

There is a fee to setup chaffing pans and heating elements for drop off service.

All pan orders must be a minimum of $350.

Services fees start at $75.00.

There will be an environmental fee of $150.00 for outdoor events.

All orders require a 50% non refundable deposit to secure services.

Invoices are valid for 7 days from the date sent. Deposit must be paid 7 days from the date of invoice. There is a $25 fee should a new invoice need to be sent.

If for whatever reason, the Chef cancels, the client will receive full refund, including the deposit.

Other than the above stated reason, The Flavor Chef does not honor refunds.

Can I purchase my own food?To ensure quality and safety of the food, all food will be purchased from a reputable supplier. No outside food will not be cooked or prepared by the Chef.

What is a service fee?A service fee is charge related to a service that is being purchased.

Do your prices vary on children plates?No, food is purchased based on the quantity that will be fed not age.

If i’m not satisfied with my service, can I get a refund?We have a no refund policy. We ask if for whatever reason you aren’t satisfied with the services , please communicate with the Chef no later than 48 hours after service is completed.

Is there a fee for taste testing?There is a fee for taste testing starting at $50 per person. At this time taste testing is pick up only until location is provided by the prospect.

Can I add more people on my order before the event?Yes, the final guest count must be submitted in 10 days before the event. At that point, no extra people will be accounted for outside of what’s listed in the contract.
